Sisters Say the Darndest Things.

today at dinner, my sister said this in her prayer....

"thank you for this delicious mother."

she's 17 years old, mind you.

apparently we are all cannibalists now.

Do you ever have regrets about the past? worries for the future? doubts about yourself?

sometimes I do.

I realized this weekend that most of the time I try hard to be optimistic and not reflect on things I wish I had done differently or what will happen in the future. sometimes it's hard. Thank goodness for knowing there is a loving Heavenly Father and the Atonement to help us cope with the pain we feel.

what a great semester

wow, this semester has flown by.

I've met so many wonderful people and developed so many great friendships.

gotten the best GPA yet of my college semesters.

worked my first job during the school year and loved it.

strengthened my testimony and love of the gospel.

went to Hawaii (still need to blog about).

Every year, I think college couldn't get any better. There are always hard times, but I learn so much and I love the experiences I have. already looking forward to a summer of fun up at the Grove and coming back next year to party it up with my lovely future roommates and some pretty cool people.

gym.

I went to the Cardio Cinema today at Gold's Gym.

and I must say that this movie was extremely motivating. and inspiring. I was thinking in my head the whole time that it had so many good messages. and epic music.


basically.... have confidence in yourself. you can do hard things. Who knew cartoons could be so empowering?
