Psych

I watched the newest Psych episode last night. It was the one where BYU got there mention on the show that they won. The mention: two girls walking into a bar with Y shirts on and then going I buy some beers. Talk about ironic.

It was a good episode and also an interesting development. So go watch it!

All my gpa dreams are coming true :) not a single C on my report card! Take that hard science classes!

Now to go celebrate... Out to breakfast with my family and then the shark reef!

Frankenstein

I'm currently sporting the Frankenstein look.

Other than that, today was fantastic. Every year over Christmas break we go and visit some of my dad's patients that don't have a lot of family to be with over the holidays. It is always a really neat experience, but this year was especially touching. We went to go visit one of his patients and assisted living and she was so grateful that we came. She almost started crying. It made me so happy. There are people every day that need attention, love, and maybe even some gifts. and we can reach out to them in the littlest ways. even a hug can mean so much to someone.

Christmas Eve Eve

who's excited? me!

The last few days have been amazing.

lunch and shopping dates with my mom.

laying around all day because I have no homework to do.

wrapping gifts.

watching movies and playing games with my family every night.

cuddling with my dog.

I always have these silly little realizations. well, you know. The other day my brother asked me to help him put Christmas cards in envelopes. I was headed up to my computer to organize my iTunes library (yeah I have nothing better to do.) and then I thought suddenly that I should really help him with it. So I did for a few minutes. Maybe it wasn't really that important, but I had this thought that I should help him and that my computer would be there later. It was a really cool thing.

I also had a realization that no matter what happens next semester, life is going to be great. and fun. and exciting. and hard sometimes. but it will still be great.

Is it bad that one of my goals this Christmas break is to beat a video game?

Don't worry. I am also doing productive things like reading and making ornaments and do my dismay, cleaning. haha.

I am so grateful for my personal Savior.

I would be nowhere without his Atonement and the plan of salvation put in place by him and my Heavenly Father.

I am so grateful that he gave his all and came to earth to help me become perfect one day.

Sometimes, I get discouraged and frustrated about the mistakes I have made. that others remember them and see my faults. but then I remember that I have a Savior who has promised that if I repent he will forget all my shortcomings and my faults and help me to become the person I am meant to be.

The gospel really is the greatest blessing of all and I love the joy it brings me.

I just love the inspiration and the peace it brings to my life.

Drama Queen 101

How to be a drama queen brought to you by the biggest drama queen there ever was:

1. moan every two minutes about how much boys suck

2. make every little pain seem like the worst thing ever

3. complain about how you have to do homework while you are doing fun things

4. talk about how your friends just like you for your food, money, etc...

5. mention many times that you are failing your classes, when you are, in fact, at least passing all of them.

6. repeat step 1 every day. several times. even when you have no reason to be doing it. you probably won't have any friends soon because they will be sick of you, but who cares really?

studying all day

nothing like studying all day to fry your brain.
I'm going to relax a little by cooking up some delicious food
and having a little roommate Christmas party.
and then it is back to the books for me.

I was just watching this hilarious video my family made based on a crazy Tarzan song.

it makes me laugh when I watch the video my family made to this song and it gets me so excited to go home. I love my family.

not to mention beautiful sunny days!

and our huge Christmas tree that is going to look so beautiful.
